HOW-IT-WORK
  • Inquiry, Product Planning & Development
    Please inform us of your inquiry on fabric and styles and even accessories.
    We will make design plan according to your product concept and targeting market, etc. We welcome the messages like, “a product with this and that fabric is under consideration,” or “want to design xx style .” Please feel free to contact us.
  • Material Procurement
    Sourcing fabrications and accessories and packing materials will be prepared.
    We will check the phenomena possibly to appear over time, and verify the quality assurance for the fabric of the product.
  • Counter/Fit sample
    We will make the first round counter samples as per design request for fitting and styles developing selection. Making CAD paper pattern and samples. It will take 1 to 2 weeks from purchasing materials till outputting pre-production samples.
    Sometimes it need 2-3 round counter samples procedure till final fitting approval.
  • Pre-production Sample at Factory
    Your request for product plan will become actual sample
    We will make pre-production samples based on all final approved correct fabric and accessories for final approval before production. It will take 1 week after all correct bulk fabric and accessories approval.
  • Bulk Production till Delivery
    We will manufacture the product under the strict control of production process and quality.
    We will have a variety of product inspections at the production line, and deliver the product after the product inspections are cleared. The delivery destination of the product will be discussed and agreed on later on.
  • Quilted Stitch of 14 per 3cm
    Skilled adaptive wiring on different fabrics, smooth with no break stitch. Over 13-14 visible and blind quilted stitches per 3cm to minimize down loss.
  • #8 Down-proof Needle
    The finest quilting needles that are heat and wear resistant to avoid fabric hole melting and down getting out. Plus, we ensure needle changes twice per day.
  • Multilayer Sewing
    Sewing is very important in down jacket craftsmanship. One mistake can scrap the fabric. We need to ensure those 2-4 layers are flatly sewed with intact finish.
  • Just-right Buckle Inserting
    Ensure the spacing between the button/buckle and clothing is less than 0.1 cm. Precise button molding and adjustment assure just-right tightness of buckles.
