What's the production lead time?

Generally, for standard orders, it can take 5-7 weeks from the confirmation of the order details. However, if you have a custom design or a large quantity order, it may take an additional 6-8 weeks. We will provide you with a more accurate estimate when you place your order.

What's your sample policy and lead time?

We offer samples for our wholesale customers. You can request samples of our existing designs, or we can create a sample based on your custom requirements. There is a sample fee, which can be refunded once you place a bulk order. The lead time for sample production is usually 7-10 days for standard samples and 10-14 days for custom samples. We will ship the samples via express delivery, and you can expect to receive them within 5 business days.
